Manager Financial Reporting and Compliance
Hiring for a temporary role initially for 6 months (extendable based on performance and business requirements).
Job Description- Detailed review of standalone financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and disclosures.
- Summarise balance sheet schedules in a structured way for presentation to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- In-depth understanding of IFRS with hands‑on experience on group reporting and consolidation.
- Contract duration: 6 months renewable.
- Job location:
Jebel Ali. - Required experience:
3–5 years audit experience (any audit firm, ideally Big
4). - CA / CPA / ACCA qualification – advantage.
- Real estate experience mandatory.
- Role is purely reporting based, with hands‑on experience in group consolidation & reporting.
