you connect them to a vision, transforming data into the fuel for a rocket ship. We are currently representing a high-growth travel-tech venture - a "travel super-app" within a massive digital ecosystem that is redefining how millions of people move and explore across Iraq and the Middle East.

• Own the financial engine:
  You will lead the financial strategy, manage the full P&L, and design the scalable structures needed to drive profitability and cost optimisation.
• Build from the ground up: This is your chance to design the playbook, not just execute it.
  You will build the reporting infrastructure and oversee everything from treasury to compliance in a fast-moving, emerging market.
• Be a strategic partner:
  You will serve as a key thought partner to the CEO, providing the financial insights that guide marketing, product, and regional expansion decisions.

• You have 8+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally within a high-growth tech, marketplace, or travel environment.
• You are bilingual
  , possessing professional fluency in both English and Arabic
  .
• You are a "Builder" at heart—detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and resilient enough to thrive in high-ambiguity startup cultures.
• You likely hold a CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA, and you are a master of financial modelling.
