This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Mortgage Advisor based in Dubai. The Mortgage Advisor will guide clients in understanding and selecting mortgage products, advising on loan structures, and processing applications. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial situations, assisting with mortgage pre‑approvals, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of financial regulations and real estate markets. The role also entails evaluating risks, conducting market research, and ensuring timely and efficient client communication.

• Strong financial acumen and expertise in mortgage advisory, loan processing, and financial planning
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations, mortgage products, and real estate markets
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of risk assessment
• High level of detail orientation and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in client relationship management and problem‑solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., mortgage or loan advisory certifications) are an advantage
