This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Dubai for a Mortgage Consultant. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on home finance solutions, assessing eligibility, structuring mortgage options, and managing the end‑to‑end mortgage process in coordination with banks and financial institutions. The role is relationship‑focused and advisory in nature, emphasizing compliance, accuracy, and client trust rather than property sales or transactions.

• Independently source and generate mortgage advisory clients
• Achieve assigned monthly mortgage disbursement and revenue targets
• Develop and manage strong relationships with real estate developers, brokerages, and property consultants to generate leads
• Conduct outbound calls, follow‑ups, and meetings with prospective clients
• Actively network within the real estate ecosystem to build a sustainable client pipeline
• Convert property buyers and investors into mortgage clients through advisory engagement
• Advise clients on mortgage products, refinancing options, and financing structures
• Clearly explain mortgage terms, including interest rates, tenure, fees, and repayment obligations
• Assess client eligibility based on income, liabilities, credit profile, and UAE banking criteria
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank and internal policies
• Maintain accurate pipeline and performance reporting

• Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage advisory and home finance
• Current resident of UAE (preferred)
• Proven, verifiable track record of consistent monthly mortgage disbursements is required
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products, eligibility criteria, and bank processes
• Existing relationships with real estate brokers or developers is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship‑management skills
• Commercially driven, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented mindset
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Fixed Salary: AED
  5000 - 6000 per month based on your profile
