Head of Finance

This role is based within a well-established organisation in the property industry. The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation in its field.

• Develop and oversee the organisation's financial strategy to support business objectives.
• Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management and optimise financial performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience working in UAE.
• Real estate experience is a MUST,
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Leadership experience within an accounting and finance team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the property industry is highly desirable.
