Client Manager/Treasury relations manager (Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager / Treasury Relations Manager to join our multi-family office in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing banking operations, and ensuring smooth interactions with financial institutions. This role requires strong banking experience in the UAE, proven expertise in treasury and compliance, and fluency in both Russian and English.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and leading banks in Dubai, maintaining and strengthening institutional relationships.
• Manage day-to-day banking activities, including account opening, maintenance, and execution of payments across multiple entities (onshore, free zone, offshore).
• Oversee and execute treasury operations including documentation, approvals, controls, and workflows.
• Build, review, and analyze financial models; interpret financial statements to support client decision-making.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements under UAE financial and corporate frameworks.
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance on various investment products and banking services.
• Support clients with wealth structuring strategies, including corporate and holding structures within the UAE.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring responsiveness, confidentiality, and excellence in service.

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager in banking or as a Treasury / Bank Relations Manager in a family office.
• Mandatory UAE work experience with deep knowledge of local financial practices.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, taxation frameworks, and investment products.

• Established contacts with leading banks in Dubai and a solid understanding of corporate banking rules and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance processes and regulatory requirements in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of corporate and holding structures (onshore, free zone, offshore).
• Hands‑on experience with UAE online banking platforms, with the ability to execute payments directly.
• Familiarity with treasury operations and associated controls.

• Positive, proactive, and highly reliable; available to respond to urgent matters outside standard working hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an extroverted, client‑facing personality.
• High ethical standards and discretion when handling sensitive information.

• Russian:
  Mandatory (native or advanced proficiency).
• English:
  Strong command, both spoken and written.
