This is an onsite role for an Operations Specialist in our Dubai office. The role will be part of a team working shifts that provide operational coverage for Bit Go Trust Company. The individual will be responsible for performing high‑volume, complex, confidential trust operational activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Administration and operational support of all accounts under administration
• Experience in KYC and customer due diligence, including verifying identities, collecting and reviewing documents, and assessing risks for institutional clients
• Middle‑office operations for trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate confirmation, matching, and lifecycle management of trades
• Oversee the complete flow of daily transaction processing, from initial data input to finalization and reconciliation
• Perform system testing, identify discrepancies in data, and assist in implementing system enhancements
• Provide operational support for customer support related to banking transactions
• Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal and external requests for information
• Serve as a proactive problem‑solver by troubleshooting account questions/issues in support of Operations
• Exemplify a willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed by our Management Team
