Here at Holo, we require a Loan Progression Specialist to join a growing team in our Dubai office. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Loan Progression Specialist with expertise in mortgages (Non-Financial services), particularly within the Middle East market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the smooth progression of mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast (but diligent) department, with over 90% hitting their target!

• Prepare and package mortgage applications with accuracy in collaboration with the Mortgage Consultant(s).
• Liaise with banks to ensure the timely progression of mortgage applications in accordance with agreed SLAs.
• Arrange mortgage valuations, FOL signings and other mortgage application milestones as required.
• Act as first port of call for queries from clients, agents and banks.
• Maintain detailed records and use loan processing software/systems to track application status and update stakeholders as needed.
• Regularly provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding the progress of their applications, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive client experience throughout.
• Stay informed about local market trends, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements affecting mortgage lending in the Middle East.
• Occasional office administration duties.

• Experience with in a mortgage is required (Non – Financial services)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage loan processing or underwriting, with specific knowledge of the Middle East market.
• Deep understanding of local mortgage regulations, laws, and compliance standards in countries across the Middle East region.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review and interpret complex financial documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
