Private Banking Intern - 12 to 15 months
About the Program
The Deutsche Bank Junior Talent Program is a 12‑to‑15‑month program that offers a unique opportunity to gain real‑world exposure in Private Banking. Designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support, you will be integrated into our day‑to‑day activities and quickly gain the confidence to take on real projects by learning first‑hand how and what we deliver for clients worldwide.
Position Overview
As a participant of this program, you will:
- Learn about the firm and how we do business
- Gain the skills and knowledge necessary to support our businesses
- Have access to the training and guidance to help you prepare for the next level
- Build valuable professional networks and interact with colleagues across the firm
Eligibility:
Recent 2024 and 2025 graduates with an undergraduate or graduate degree from all academic backgrounds or professionals with no more than 18‑months of full‑time work experience looking to make a career transition are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist PB Middle East Private Banking colleagues in daily back‑office administration tasks
- Prepare reports, summaries, meeting notes and support compliance‑related regulatory tasks
- Learn and apply front‑office systems
- Support the Sub‑Region Head in strategic projects such as expanding the Middle East footprint through offshore and onshore collaboration within the internal DB group
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with key internal partners to deliver the firm’s best capabilities, solutions and investment thinking
- Act within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, in accordance with all internal and external laws and regulations, DB's internal policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Internally flag and manage reputational risks and conflict issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Previous internships or exposure to financial services, the Private Banking business and/or capital markets is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to work effectively in teams
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Self‑motivated and proactive team players who can build strong relationships and work effectively across different locations
