- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations for our Real Estate division.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping, taxation, VAT compliance, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience using accounting software and tools.
- This role demands accuracy, strong analytical abilities, and a good understanding of real estate financial processes, including property-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments, especially from tenants and clients.
- Oversee VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Monitor real estate income and expenses, including rent collections, commissions, deposits, and service charges.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Maintain documentation for leases, contracts, and sales transactions.
- Liaise with auditors and assist in the preparation of audit files and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and tax filing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software specifically in Odoo, or other ERP systems.
- Strong command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in handling real estate portfolios, including rental income, property management accounts, and broker commissions.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, tenancy agreements, and service charges.
