• Host live online casino-style games in Russian
• Engage and entertain players on camera
• Follow studio & gaming procedures strictly
• Maintain professional presentation standards

• Native / Fluent Russian (C1–C2)
• Good English skills
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Maximum 35 years old
• Open to 24/7 rotational shifts (5 days on, 2 off)
• Weekends & holidays included

Shift Structure:

• 3 shifts in monthly rotation
• 1.5–2 hours live session blocks
• 30-minute break after each block

Mandatory:

• Clear frontal headshot (neutral/no background, no selfies, no hats, no sunglasses, no accessories, direct eye contact).

First 9 Months: 4,124 RON net (~€828 net), 7,049 RON gross (~€1,418 gross)

After 9 Months: 5,022 RON net (~€1,008 net), 8,585 RON gross (~€1,727 gross)

Performance Bonus (after 3-month probation): 3,000 RON net (~€609 net)

Romanian citizens in Bucharest: No relocation support

Romanian citizens from other cities: One-time relocation bonus 2,850 RON net (paid with first salary, employment required at payment date)

Non-Romanian citizens: Visa & work permit support, Full relocation package, Shared 2-bedroom apartment, Utilities covered, Flight to Bucharest included

Permanent contract, 3-month probation period
