Head of Non-Air (DMC, MICE & Leisure) - Travels Division
Responsible for transforming DMC, MICE, and Leisure into structured, scalable, and profitable business units with full P&L accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver AED 30m Non-Air revenue by end-2026
- Achieve gross margins of min 10–14%
- Re-contract all key suppliers within 6–9 months
- Onboard 25–40 active tour operators in Year 1
- Professionalise MICE sales, costing, and delivery
- Modernise leisure products and digital distribution
- Drive cross-selling from corporate and airline traffic
- Build and upskill Non-Air teams and governance frameworks
- Mid-Senior level
