Job Overview

Safety Diver - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this role, you will ensure the safety of participants during Sea Trek in-water experiences by providing expert underwater supervision and emergency response readiness. You will monitor guest interactions with the underwater environment, maintain high safety standards, and support smooth and enjoyable experiences for all participants.

• Conduct and assist in safety briefings and participant checks prior to each experience.
• Monitor underwater activities to ensure safety and comfort of guests.
• Perform rescue and emergency response procedures as necessary.
• Sanitize and inspect diving equipment before and after each use.
• Review waivers, medical forms, and confirm participant eligibility.
• Support Sea Trek Guides in guiding tours and managing underwater logistics.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.

• Certified Rescue Diver or equivalent, with Sea Trek Guide Certification (successful completion required).
• 4–5 years of experience in aquatic operations, underwater safety, or similar roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest safety and interactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Sea Trek program, equipment, and operational procedures.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs during emergency response situations and perform basic equipment handling and troubleshooting.
• Excellent situational awareness, safety monitoring, and emergency response readiness.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams (Sea Trek, Aquatic Operations, Maintenance) and external stakeholders (guests, safety inspectors).
