About

The Role

An exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business, managing a panel of services for a new flagship high‑rise building in Dubai built to high standards. This is a customer‑oriented role that requires a friendly, pro‑active and can‑do attitude, where the needs of the customer are treated as paramount.

You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end care of all staff and visitors on site. You will also be responsible and accountable for all activities within your remit and should handle or elevate any concerns that may impact the client’s reputation.

You will be representing Macro, delivering business first‑class service to support complex, multi‑disciplined site and the requirements of the client.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Supervisor and building management with Front of House operations and associated functions.
  • Help manage the shift schedule.
  • Monitor all areas and ensure that previous issues have been satisfactorily resolved or closed off.
  • Perform routine inventory duties, including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
  • Provide reception cover, including greeting all guests and VIP visitors.
  • Handle corporate events by assisting with venue setup and meeting requirements.
  • Ensure that the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
  • Answer all calls professionally and promptly, ensuring all inquiries are handled in accordance with service standards and response times.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ownership of processes related to areas of responsibility.
  • Assist with client reports as required.
  • Focus on delivering what we promise to the client.
  • Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant‑stakeholder engagement through effective and timely communications with tenants, stakeholders and the client.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the line manager.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a five‑star hotel in the UAE.
  • Front Office experience (reception).
  • Ability to deliver and manage associates’ satisfaction and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Capability to establish good relationships with clients, customers, and service providers.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.
