Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our Pre-Contracts / Estimation Team for landscaping projects in the UAE.

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably with reputed landscaping companies
• Proven experience working as an Estimation Engineer / Cost Estimator in high profile landscaping projects with value more than 100 million
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

• Proficient in Candy and OST (On-Screen Takeoff)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, BOQs, take-offs, and pricing

• Preparation of detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects
• Quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing
• Coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams
• Review of tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Preparation and submission of tender queries and clarifications
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• High level of attention to detail
• Proactive and self-driven approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Good communication, presentation and coordination skills
