We are expanding our Design 360 Studio, where our team integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver innovative real estate assets as part of our projects in Dubai.

• Adherence to the company standard BIM requirements and protocols.
• Develop 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
• Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and meet project-specific LOD requirements.
• Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Apply naming conventions and file structures as per company and project requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
• Facilitate model reviews and contribute to coordination meetings.
• Extract accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and other documentation from models.
• Generate material take-offs and assist with project estimations.
• Produce and update as-built models for project closeout.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience as MEP BIM Modeler.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and LOD specifications.
• Experience in clash detection and resolution.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
