, we are expanding our technical team and looking for a highly skilled Wireless & Microwave Expert Engineer to join our growing operations in UAE.

• Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot wireless controllers, access points, and microwave radios
• Optimize network performance including throughput, latency, availability, and interference mitigation
• Support new site rollouts, technology upgrades, and relocations
• Analyze alarms, outages, and performance degradation, ensuring fast restoration and clear RCA reporting
• Collaborate with NOC, field teams, vendors, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with security standards, change management, and documentation practices
• Prepare technical designs, network diagrams, and acceptance reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Networking
• CCNP Wireless certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom wireless and microwave networks

• RF fundamentals, link budgets, Fresnel zone, and interference analysis
• Microwave PTP/PMP systems, antenna alignment, and spectrum coordination
• Wireless LAN architecture, controllers, authentication, roaming, and QoS
• Hands-on experience with major OEMs such as Cisco, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Ceragon, NEC, SIAE, Ubiquiti, or Cambium
• Experience in operator-grade networks and critical infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of 5G/LTE backhaul, IP/MPLS integration, and synchronization (PTP / SyncE)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in live networks with strict SLA and change control processes
