Senior HSE Engineer – High-Rise Projects

ASGC Construction, one of the region’s leading vertically integrated construction groups, is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Officer / Engineer to join our team on major high-rise developments in Dubai.

This role is critical in maintaining world-class safety standards across complex construction environments, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory authorities, client requirements, and ASGC’s HSE management systems.

• 5–10 years of HSE experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience on high-rise or large-scale building projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory
• Trakhees approval is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and industry best practices

• Implement and monitor the Project HSE Plan and ASGC HSE Management System
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring
• Ensure subcontractor adherence to ASGC safety standards and procedures
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
• Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance records
• Promote a strong safety culture across project teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, client requirements, and statutory HSE regulations

• Tower Crane & Complex Lifting Operations
• MEWP & Heavy Equipment Operations

• Support implementation of the Project Emergency Response Plan
• Participate in emergency drills and evacuation exercises
• Ensure emergency systems and equipment are fully operational
