We’re Hiring | Technical Engineer 🔹
A well-established company in the construction and contracting industry is looking to hire a Technical Engineer to join its growing team.
Role & Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals.
- Ensure alignment between site teams, consultants, and the technical office.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure full compliance with contract requirements.
- Provide technical support and effective solutions during construction phases.
- Coordinate and work closely with large-scale projects and leading real estate developers
. - Track technical revisions and prepare related technical reports.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Proven experience in the construction and contracting sector
. - Hands‑on experience with large‑scale projects and major developers
. - Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry codes.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong command of engineering software and technical documentation.
- Architectural or structural background with solid knowledge of BIM/Revit.
- BIM experience is considered a strong advantage.
