Technical Manager - Civil, Architectural and Structural

Black & Grey HR is partnering with one of the UAE’s established construction and infrastructure companies to hire a Technical Manager – Civil, Structural & Architectural. This role is vital in overseeing the technical delivery of large-scale civil and structural projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across all project stages.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and available resources.
• Oversee and coordinate all civil, structural, and architectural design and execution activities.
• Review and validate design drawings, technical documents, and material specifications to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration between design intent and on-site execution.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify potential risks or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations, international standards, and best construction practices.
• Provide expert technical guidance on construction methods, materials, and structural systems.
• Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost, quality, and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies in civil, structural, and architectural engineering.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Experience in civil, structural, or architectural project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and construction standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design or modeling software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and technical precision.
