Achieve the revenue target set by the management. It involves planning, coordination with interface/support department, setting up the departmental objective, cash flow management, value engineering, cost control measures and customer management in terms of contractual compliance and scope variations tracking & claim. Lead, guide and groom the team to achieve the departmental objective, deliverable timelines and customer satisfaction. Develop process to achieve cycle time reduction and project tracking tasks.

Maintain and manage documentation as per the ISO guideline.

• Execute projects in line with contract, specifications, and approved drawings.
• Plan and control schedules to ensure on‑time delivery and FAT readiness.
• Track milestones, manage scope changes, and close actions proactively.
• Review and approve SLDs, GA drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate design, production, quality, and procurement activities.
• Prepare BOQs and manage materials to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization.
• Oversee fabrication, busbar assembly, wiring, FAT, inspections, and NCR closure.
• Maintain quality and test documentation for dispatch readiness.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Close punch points, manage approvals, and support invoicing.
• Mentor junior project engineers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

5–8 years of Project Management experience in electrical panel manufacturing, preferably within Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors.

• Strong technical background in electrical panel design, engineering, and standards compliance.
• Solid project management and change control experience.
• Familiarity with O&M manuals and project documentation.
• Effective client and vendor communication skills.
• Strong coordination, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time, negotiate effectively, and handle pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Customer‑focused with a collaborative mindset.
