Role DescriptionWe are seeking a client-focused Aquatics Consultant to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in managing client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and providing technical expertise for complex swimming pools, lagoons, and water feature developments.
The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal technical teams, and external consultants, ensuring smooth project execution and successful delivery from concept design through project completion.
Location- Onsite or Remote (Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe preferred).

Reporting Line- Reports to Managing Director / Technical Director
- For remote employees, a minimum overlap of 5–6 working hours with Gulf Standard Time (GST – UTC+4) is required.
- Serve asa primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical briefs for the design team.
- Coordinate between clients, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Handle client queries, RFIs, and technical clarifications.
- Facilitate design review meetings and coordinate feedback incorporation.
- Review technical drawings and specifications prepared by the design team.
- Carry outengineering calculations and equipment selections.
- Review consultant comments and prepare technical responses.
- Create professional client presentations and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience inPool/aquatic design.
- Analytical mindset with creative solution-finding abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong understanding ofaquaticsengineering principles.
- Understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD/Revit).
- Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability certifications.
- Understanding local GCC building codes and regulation sin addition to international design standards.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
