As a Senior BIM Coordinator
, you’ll play a vital role in managing and coordinating Building Information Models across complex MEP systems for high-performance data centre projects. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement - ensuring every model we deliver meets the highest standards of constructability and coordination.

As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will:

• Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for large-scale MEP projects.
• Oversee model updates, clash detection, and coordination between design and site teams.
• Implement and monitor BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Manage BIM deliverables and model integrity in line with the overall programme schedule.
• Support site teams by resolving coordination issues and maintaining up-to-date as-built models.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and design departments to ensure seamless information flow across all project stages.

• Experience: 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience within large-scale MEP projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows. Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination principles, and BIM standards. Ability to manage federated models, resolve conflicts, and maintain project documentation efficiently.
