Senior Electrical Engineer

You’ll be part of a high-performing MEP team delivering technically rigorous building and infrastructure projects. You won’t just “support” projects. You’ll shape designs, influence technical decisions, and engage directly with clients and consultants. • Leading electrical design delivery across multiple projects from concept through detailed design
• Preparing specifications, drawings, and contract documentation aligned with client and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and statutory regulations
• Coordinating with mechanical, public health, and other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
• Supporting budget development and cost planning aligned with client specifications
• Liaising directly with clients, design teams, and stakeholders
• Managing scope changes in line with change control procedures and maintaining cost and programme awareness
• Supporting junior engineers and contributing technically across the wider team

You will operate with a high degree of ownership and technical accountability, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive engineering culture.

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (BSc/BEng or equivalent)
• Experience in MEP electrical design across a range of building types
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD and recognised electrical design tools
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Membership (or working toward membership) of a recognised professional body such as CIBSE or IET
• A proactive engineer who takes ownership and supports team delivery

• Experience in a Data Centre is preferred
• All engineers are expected to maintain high standards of health and safety awareness, complete mandatory compliance training, and actively contribute to a safe working environment.
