• Supporting the design and delivery of engineering projects (Design & Engineering, Project Management Consultant‑PMC, Construction Supervision‑CS) alongside experienced professionals.
• Assisting in preparing technical drawings, reports, and calculations.
• Collaborating with engineers from different disciplines to develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• Taking part in site activities, field inspections, design reviews, and team meetings to gain real project experience.
• Growing your personal and soft skills, technical skills, and career through mentorship and structured development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, Instrumentation/Control/Automation).
• Fresh graduates from 2024 onwards are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates based in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi are welcome to apply.
• Strong academic background with a genuine interest in engineering and problem‑solving.
• Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
