• Supervise daily civil works including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, plastering, and finishing works.
• Allocate tasks to site workers, carpenters, steel fixers, masons, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Interpret and execute works based on approved structural and architectural drawings.
• Verify levels, alignment, dimensions, and layout before execution.
• Ensure proper concrete pouring, curing, and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services within structural elements.
