BIM Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Dubai office. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing BIM processes across all project stages. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of BIM experience, particularly on high-rise towers and large-scale mixed-use developments in Dubai, and will be familiar with UAE authority requirements.

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP.
• Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related matters between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols, naming conventions, and data requirements in accordance with company standards and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality control reviews using industry-standard tools.
• Support the implementation of BIM and digital construction workflows throughout all project stages.
• Ensure BIM models align with development requirements, including design intent, constructability, and asset information for project handover.
• Assist in integrating BIM data with Common Data Environments (CDEs), project management systems, digital twin platforms, and facilities management systems.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports, dashboards, and documentation for project teams and management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes, standards, and technology adoption.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of BIM experience, preferably within an engineering consultancy or developer environment.
• Experience coordinating BIM models for high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or large-scale developments.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and related coordination tools.
• Good understanding of design and construction workflows, and developer-side BIM requirements.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors in a developer-led project environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environments (CDEs).
