Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for process optimisation and innovation? We are seeking a dynamic Process Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in enhancing manufacturing performance and driving continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai
.
- Lead and manage the Process Engineering team, setting clear objectives aligned with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes.
- Oversee the qualification of new materials to optimise throughput and reduce waste.
- Design, scale up, validate, and document manufacturing processes, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Materials, Production, and Maintenance to resolve issues and implement robust solutions.
- Manage capital investment projects for process and equipment upgrades.
- Evaluate and introduce advanced technologies to increase manufacturing capability and efficiency.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through process and material optimisation.
- Prepare technical documentation including SOPs, reports, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the composites industry
. - Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong technical expertise in modern manufacturing techniques and lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
