Job Description

The Senior HVAC Engineer position is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various projects. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that all systems are designed to meet client and company specifications, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and cost‑effectiveness. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, project managers, and other engineering specialists, to deliver top‑notch HVAC solutions to our esteemed clientele.

In addition to technical expertise, you will serve as a mentor and leader within the engineering team, driving innovative strategies to improve project delivery and performance standards. You will also communicate directly with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and build long‑term partnerships.

• Design HVAC systems that comply with industry regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulation to enhance HVAC system performance.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate HVAC designs into larger projects.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team to foster growth and enhance project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex HVAC installations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.
• Evaluate new technologies and strategies to advance HVAC system efficiency and sustainability.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for projects and system performance evaluations.
• Engage with clients to discuss progress, address queries, and manage expectations effectively.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are met throughout the design and installation phases.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to procure materials and ensure installation standards.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in HVAC system design and installation.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, including ASHRAE and LEED certifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with proven mentoring experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail in project management.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and teams.
