About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to drive end-to-end technical delivery of large‑scale residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. The role will oversee design coordination, construction support, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical delivery across the full project lifecycle — design through handover
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, , and landscape consultants
- Review and approve design packages, drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with project briefs, specifications, and local authority regulations
- Conduct value engineering to optimize cost, quality, and functionality
- Provide technical support to site teams and resolve design/coordination issues
- Liaise with authorities to secure permits, approvals, and NOCs
- Support procurement with technical evaluations, BOQs, and tender reviews
- Track RFIs, design changes, and technical documentation
- Monitor progress, quality, risks, and report updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Development, Commercial, Construction, and HSE teams
- Drive standards for safety, quality, and sustainability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in large‑scale construction projects, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven delivery of multi‑million‑dollar residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments
- Strong knowledge of architecture, structural, MEP, fit‑out, and infrastructure works
- Expertise in design coordination, contract administration, and project controls
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Primavera/MSP, and Aconex
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments
