Senior Drafter

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring Senior Draftsman with extensive expertise Draftsman to support infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on traffic diversion schemes, utility relocation and protection drawings, and temporary works quantity take-off.

• Prepare, update, and optimize traffic diversion drawings, including temporary traffic arrangements, road closures, detours, traffic signs and markings, and temporary safety facility layouts.
• Continuously update traffic diversion drawings based on site conditions, construction progress, and authority requirements.
• Prepare and update utility relocation drawings, including temporary utility layouts, relocation paths, and phased construction scheme illustrations.
• Coordinate with engineers to adjust schemes and optimize drawings.
• Perform quantity take-off (BOQ) for temporary works associated with traffic diversion and utility works.
• Ensure accurate quantities that are consistent with drawings, providing reliable data for project execution or tender support.

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drafting, with familiarity in traffic diversion and utility drawings as well as related temporary works quantity take-off.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D or Micro Station is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of civil, traffic, and utility engineering principles.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
