Site Mechanical Engineer

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for managing, engineering construction projects and ensuring the proper implementation of project deliverables. S/He supervises and provides technical advice to the staff on site to complete the project on time and within budget.

• Lead and execute commissioning activities for data center cooling systems, including but not limited to: CRAH/CRAC units;
  Fan Wall Units (FWU);
  Chilled Water Systems
• Prepare and review commissioning plans, method statements, checklists, and test scripts
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, controls contractors, and commissioning authorities
• Attend and support Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Perform pre-commissioning inspections, functional testing, and performance verification
• Support integrated systems testing (IST) and final handover activities
• Review and verify commissioning results against design intent, specifications, and client requirements
• Prepare and submit commissioning reports
• Support troubleshooting activities during commissioning and early operation phases
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and commissioning best practices

• Hands‑on experience with cooling systems and HVAC equipment
• Familiarity with data center standards (ASHRAE, TIA-942, etc.) is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and control sequences
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field

5-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical commissioning, preferably within data center or mission‑critical facilities
