Coordinate all training of employees on site.
Ensure all health & safety reps conduct a monthly H&S rep inspection of their work areas.
Ensure that any person who is suspected to be under the influence of intoxicating substances is tested and the appropriate disciplinary action is taken against that employee if necessary.
