Civil Engineer

At Epasero Contracting, we're growing rapidly by delivering unparalleled construction and fit-out services. To fuel our next chapter, we need a passionate Civil Engineer to oversee and manage daily construction activities at the site of our premium projects.

You will be responsible for site inspections, resolving technical issues, reviewing plans, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications for buildings up to G+1.

• Site Supervision:
  Oversee and manage daily construction activities at the site, including supervising the labour force and subcontractors
• Quality Control:
  Ensure that all civil work, including concrete and finishing, are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and local authority standards
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all projects comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications
• Technical Problem Solving:
  Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and provide solutions to resolve them
• Project Documentation:
  Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and project-related documents, including progress reports and requests for information (RFIs)
• Coordination:
  Collaborate with architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

• Education:
  
  A recognized Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
• DM G+1 License: A mandatory Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 approval license for civil engineers
• Experience:
  
  2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry in the UAE
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project), cost estimation, and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
