Service Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning
  :
  Oversee the setup and initial testing of actuators on site, ensuring they integrate correctly with valves and control systems (PLCs/BMS).
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  :
  Perform routine preventive maintenance and rapid diagnostic repairs for malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and electronic actuator components.
• Technical Support
  :
  Provide on-site and remote technical guidance to customers regarding system calibration and equipment performance.
• Documentation
  :
  Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and compliance records following every site visit.
• Customer Liaison
  :
  Act as the primary technical contact, managing service schedules and communicating progress or recommended upgrades to the client.

• Education
  : A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience
  :
  Typically 3–5 years of experience in field service, specifically with valve actuators (e.g., MOV/AOV systems).
• Technical Proficiency
  :
  • Hands‑on skill with actuator types (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric).
  • Knowledge of control systems like SIMATIC PLCs or BMS.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturer specifications.
