Stantec is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team on a water infrastructure project. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and impactful field.

• Assist in the inspection and supervision of civil works related to water infrastructure projects.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Support senior engineers in reviewing technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Conduct site visits and prepare daily inspection reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
• Learn and apply relevant codes and standards related to water and civil engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/training experience.
• Strong interest in water infrastructure and public utility projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.) is a plus.
