Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 120000 - 200000 AED Yearly AED 120000.00 200000.00 YEAR

ASGC is seeking a senior quality leader to drive assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across high-rise and complex mega developments. This strategic role ensures quality excellence from execution through handover while strengthening cross-functional collaboration and corporate quality standards.

Ideal candidate: A seasoned professional with landmark project experience, strong leadership presence, and the ability to embed quality culture across multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System in compliance with contract specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.

Lead preparation and implementation of Project QA Manuals, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.

Monitor project quality activities, conduct audits, and coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure quality requirements are embedded within procurement, material approvals, and subcontractor prequalification.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on quality compliance and audit matters.

Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Capture lessons learned and promote a culture of quality excellence.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in construction quality management.

Extensive experience in high-rise, luxury, or landmark developments.

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Proven experience in project handover and close-out coordination.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
