Responsibility:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for civil and building works.
- Analyze tender documents and identify scope gaps and risks.
- Monitor project budgets and track cost variations.
- Prepare interim payment applications and valuations.
- Evaluate subcontractor payment certificates.
- Monitor material procurement costs and labor expenses.
- Review and interpret contract conditions.
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
- Prepare and negotiate variation submissions.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and variations.
Sierra Turnkey (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Quantity Surveyor (Building ) in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. professional certification in quantity surveying (preferred). minimum 3–7 years of experience in building co qualification and atleast 5 years of experience.
The position require quantity, specifications, project, requirements, cost, civil, building, documents, scope, monitor, material procurement, labor, expenses, review, claims, change mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
Salary vary between 6k to 10k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
