Responsibility:
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) based on design drawings and project specifications.
- Develop coordinated MEP layouts to avoid clashes with architectural and structural elements.
- Produce schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and detailed sections.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers to ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and international standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other BIM software for drafting and model
Sierra Turnkey (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of MEP Draughtsman (Building Projects) in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have diploma or technical certification in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field. minimum 3–5 years of experience in mep drafting for buildin qualification and atleast 5 years of experience.
The position require shop, hvac, plumbing, design, project, specifications, structural, schematic, mechanical, local, regulations, international, standards, autocad, revit mep, software, drafting mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
Salary vary between 5k to 9k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
