A prominent engineering firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced NOC Draftsman to manage NOC closeout processes for road, utility, and landscape works. The successful candidate will prepare submission packages, review NOCs, and ensure compliance with Dubai authorities. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai's closeout processes and strong proficiency in AutoCAD are required. The candidate should be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
