We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical drawings and blueprints, collaborating closely with engineers and project leaders to ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards. With a keen eye for detail, the Mechanical Draftsman will be instrumental in transforming conceptual designs into precise technical drawings using CAD software.

• Create accurate and detailed mechanical drawings and blueprints using CAD software.

• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve design issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, design iterations, and revisions.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Utilize various drafting tools and technologies efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
• Support the engineering team with ad-hoc drafting tasks as assigned.
• Stay updated with developments and advancements in CAD software and drafting techniques.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and practices.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Solid Works, is essential.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to mechanical design.
