• Conduct comprehensive inspections of electrical installations in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Review and evaluate electrical plans for compliance with established codes and regulations.
• Identify and report any code violations or safety hazards during inspections.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve electrical compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
• Participate in the development and updating of electrical inspection protocols and standards.
• Provide expert advice on electrical safety and compliance to stakeholders and the general public.
• Issue permits and certificates upon successful completion of electrical installations.
• Stay updated on local, state, and national electrical codes and technological advancements.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure all violations have been corrected.
• Educate and train junior staff or apprentices on best practices in electrical inspections.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency issues involving electrical systems.

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical inspection or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of national and local electrical codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for report documentation.
• Valid certification as an Electrical Inspector or equivalent, with up-to-date renewals.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and technology for accurate assessments.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in complex situations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry trends.
