Service Technician - Engineering Services

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Service Technician - Engineering Services. The Service Technician will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service support to clients. The role includes ensuring systems are operating efficiently, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining equipment to reduce downtime. The technician will also participate in system installations, commissioning, and on-site customer support as needed.

• Hands On Experience in Commissioning, Trouble Shooting, Maintenance, Repair of PLCs, Motor Starters, Drives, HMIs, SCADA, LV Panels and its Switchgear.
• Strong Field Service skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently remotely or on-site.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in industrial automation, control systems, and related products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, as well as proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as necessary and adapt to a dynamic work environment - UAE Driver's License is a must.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Engineering or related fields and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
