Responsibility:
- Supervise daily MEP activities including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical works.
- Allocate tasks to technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC teams.
- Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to project schedule.
- Interpret and execute works based on approved MEP drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with MEP Engineers for clarifications and technical support.
- Ensure correct installation of ducts, piping, cable trays, equipment, and panels.
- Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
- Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings and local authority requirements.

The ideal candidate should have diploma or technical certification in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field. minimum 5–8 years of experience in mep works for building c qualification and atleast 5 years of experience.
The position require activities, hvac, plumbing, electrical works, monitor, progress, project, schedule, specifications, technical support, installation, piping, equipment, panels, civil, local, requirements mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
Salary vary between 5k to 8k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
