The Junior Sales Engineer – Structured Cabling will be responsible for developing and growing direct sales within the UAE market. The role requires proactive business development, technical sales capability, and strong follow-up discipline from inquiry generation through to order closure.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to build the structured cabling product line in the UAE from the ground up, including securing necessary market approvals such as Etisalat and du.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business across MEP contractors, ICT contractors, system integrators, consultants & developers
- Manage RFQs, proposals, technical submittals & compliance documents
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a solid sales pipeline
- Follow up until technical approval & order confirmation
- Support product positioning, market analysis & consultant specifications
- Assist with Etisalat & du approvals and documentation
- Provide technical support on BOQs, product selection & clarifications
- Experience in structured cabling / low current solutions
- Strong knowledge of UAE market & authority approvals
- Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering
- 1–3 years’ experience in structured cabling, low current systems, or ICT solutions
