Construction Manager - MEP

Overview

Summary: BK Gulf LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager - MEP, who will be responsible for overseeing the MEP aspects of construction projects.

• Manage and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on construction sites.
• Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project budget and schedule related to MEP work and identify any deviations or delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management.

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
