Technical Project Engineer

Role

Purpose:

We are seeking a Engineering Technical Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join the Product Development team. The role is cross-functional, bridging UAE market adaptation, technical project management, and sustainable innovation. The position works closely with product development to ensure alignment between market requirements and robust mechanical and electronic solutions tailored to local conditions.

• Support product development and adaptation for the UAE market.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary technical projects (mechanical and electronic).
• Translate market and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Integrate innovative and sustainable solutions into product designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Ensure technical consistency, quality, and feasibility across the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or related disciplines).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles or product development environments.
• Solid competence in both mechanical and electronic engineering.
• Proven exposure to sustainability-driven projects and innovation processes.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience working in or with the UAE / GCC market.
• Familiarity with local standards, certifications, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
