The Regional Production Support Engineer is responsible for supporting plant operations across the region in production optimization, process improvement, quality control, and operational excellence initiatives. This role plays a key part in commissioning projects, KPI performance management, and driving continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.
What you’ll be doing :Production & Process Optimization
- Support plants on production, process, and quality control‑related topics.
- Support to define and monitor process performance targets for plants.
- Conduct cost optimization analysis and support sustainability initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and provide structured improvement recommendations.
- Provide technical support to 10 plants across region.
- Lead and participate in improvement projects across sites.
- Support alternative additive and new product trial process.
- Ensure alignment with regional production standards and best practices.
- Take part in commissioning projects for newly established or capacity‑increased plants.
- Support full production line preparation and start‑up processes.
- Ensure line stabilization and operational handover to plant teams.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support operational and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Train and develop plant teams to increase process awareness and technical knowledge.
- Support capability building across regional production teams.
- Foster collaboration and cross‑plant knowledge sharing.

Education & Experience- BSc or MSc degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a production line environment.
- Experience in process optimization and plant operations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with innovative thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent command of English.
- No restriction for international travel.
- Class B driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to influence across cultures.
- Self‑directed, high‑energy, and results‑oriented.
- Mature, reliable, and open‑minded personality.
