MEP Construction Manager Job Summary

The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction activities to ensure successful project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project control capabilities.

• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works across project lifecycle.
• Manage site teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements prior to execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, and testing & commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and internal departments to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Track project budgets, variations, and cost control measures in coordination with QS team.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE policies on site.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems (LV/HV), plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in High-rise Residential/commercial Projects Preferred.
• Sound understanding of local authority regulations and industry standards.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
