Workshop Technician - Armament

Rishworth is currently looking for a Workshop Technician - Armament who will assist the Armament Supervisor to accomplish aviation unit, and intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all aircraft armament systems.

This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Education sponsorship, medical and insurance will be covered along as well with attractive employee benefits.

• Disassembles and performs intermediate maintenance on armament weapons support equipment and aircraft armament equipment.
• Loads and unloads airborne weapons and stores aboard aircraft to include reconfiguration and functional testing of aircraft weapons release and control, and missile systems.
• Procures supplies, prepares reports, and utilizes publications pertinent to aviation ordnance and aircraft armament equipment.
• Conducts functional tests and maintains them in an operational status by appropriate preventive maintenance.
• Train host national personnel on the proper maintenance of aircraft armament and related components.

• Minimum of 5 Years. Must have a minimum of five years working with aircraft weapons loading / AME procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of common tools, special tools, hardware and equipment used in the maintenance of aircraft armament equipment.
• Knowledgeable on The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS)
